I set a day to have my surgery which was March 24, 2026. I paid my Surgery and I went to go get my labs. They told me they can see everything through my my chart they asked me for my login to my my chart and they went all through my my chart. Something that I didn’t authorize them to do. They was only supposed to be looking at the labs that they Asked me to get on top of that the doctor that I wanted he doesn’t do second round of BBL‘s so I had to pick another doctor for that doctor to cancel on me for them to call me back and say hey you have to pick another doctor so the doctor that I was going to originally go with the first time who doesn’t do the second round BBL I picked him two days later I get a call saying oh I can’t get my surgery because of this and because of that remind you I just had a Surgery 2023. Everything was great. Everything is still great with me. I feel like that doctor discriminated and didn’t want to give me the surgery on top of that. I’ve been waiting to get my refund and they telling me that it can take anywhere from 30 days to 90 days for them to refund me my money when they are the ones who canceled my surgery due to me supposedly have an asthma but I had asthma when I had my surgery back in 2023. I haven’t used my inhaler in six years. I feel like they picking they choose who they want to do business with and I would never go through them ever again. I should’ve just went back to who I went with before which was Miami life plastic Surgery so just a heads up if they ask him to log into your MyChart, do not give them your information and I will be filing a lawsuit against them due to them going through information that I didn’t authorize them to

Dr. Zeng is incredible! Not only is he very talented at what he does he is great to work with. Professional, skilled, eager to expand knowledge base and practice.
